Hey! I’m Caitlin, lead designer and founder of Designer Studios.
Never found without a to-do list a mile long of passion projects, client deadlines and family groceries.
Since leaving high school and studying Design at AUT I have always had a side hustle. Whether that was making logos for friends, designing bands album covers and posters, creating 21st invites and then wedding stationery, design has always been something I have loved. I have been very fortunate to work as a graphic designer in multiple industries for over 15 years, the fashion industry being one I loved the most.
I have a husband and three beautiful boys who take up all my heart and spare time. After the birth of our twins, it was hard to go back to a 9-5 job so in 2020 Designer Studios was created! The freedom that a Design career gives is the opportunity to freelance and build my dreams around my new life, which is exactly what I am doing.
I am an entrepreneur and mother doing nothing other than the career I was born for - creating custom brands for passionate and ambitious businesses.
